Sales Policies


Our deliveries are handled in most areas by our fleet of delivery trucks and special curtain-side delivery trailers ensuring that products are delivered clean and dry. In some areas, we rely on contract carriers to provide delivery. We maintain routine delivery schedules in all areas. Please see our delivery map for details on the delivery days in your area. A DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ANY SHIPMENT OF MATERIALS LESS THAN $1500.

Specified Lengths

We will make every attempt to provide the flexibility to offer specified lengths in most products. However, most of our clear items like clear bevels, are available in random lengths only.


All claims for damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. We allow 48 hours after delivery for concealed damage. Please notify your salesperson immediately on these matters.

Midwest Lumber’s liability is limited to the cost of material. Any product found to be unsatisfactory or defective prior to installation, for any reason, must not be installed. We are not liable for claims resulting from the installation of defective materials or for improperly installed materials.
